Welcome to my Practice.

I believe every body is remarkably resilient and innately capable of positive change.

In my work, this means supporting the conditions your body needs to express its natural resilience, so you can move well and be well.

My approach:

  • A Whole-body view - addressing the relationships between all tissues, the root cause and your symptoms

  • Personalized care - tuning in to your unique patterns, needs, and goals to customize treatment

  • Insightful Perspective - helping you understand the layered, non-linear nature of your recovery

  • Movement & Wellness - focusing on the body’s natural patterns of movement to support healing, posture, balance, and everyday function.

Tuning In —Whole Body Care

Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or simply a fresh approach, I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Healing has a way of reshaping the path we thought we were on, and sometimes what begins as discomfort becomes an invitation to listen more closely and discover something new about ourselves.

That was certainly true for me in my own search for ease during a long recovery from chronic pain. Thoughtful treatment helped me discover the body's ability to heal and repair with the right support, allowing me to move freely and live fully once again. My path toward recovery inspired my studies at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, deepening both my passion for understanding the body and my commitment to helping others through this work.

I support clients who want to feel more connected to their bodies and build trust in their own healing process. I especially enjoy working with people who are interested in the body’s natural capacity for change and are open to a structural, whole-body approach to care. I draw on my experiences as both patient and practitioner to offer attentive, respectful care that honours the body as a unit and supports the non-linear nature of healing.

Outside of practice, you’ll often find me on the water, spending time outdoors, cooking, or making things by hand. These simple joys keep me grounded and inspired, and they quietly inform how I show up in my practice every day.

Client Reflections

In client reviews and shared feedback, several themes consistently emerge.

Many people express appreciation for care that feels attentive, steady, and thoughtful. They often describe feeling genuinely heard and supported in understanding the deeper patterns behind their symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.

Clients frequently note improvements in pain, mobility, and overall regulation, alongside a stronger sense of connection to their body and greater confidence in their recovery process.

It is a privilege to witness that progress.

New to Osteopathy?

Osteopathic manual treatment goes beyond relieving symptoms, it works to address the root causes of restrictions and imbalances in the body.

Like in nature, where each shift sets the next in motion, every adjustment can ripple through the body, helping the whole system work more freely.
