Welcome to my Practice.
Osteopathic care to help you move with ease, reduce pain, and restore balance in your body.
I work with clients navigating pain and recovery, as well as those looking for greater ease of movement, function, and connection to their bodies.
I work with a wide range of presentations involving how the body functions across musculoskeletal, neurological, visceral, and circulatory systems.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH TREATMENT:
I offer attentive, whole-body care that honours the non-linear nature of recovery.
Treatment involves gentle, hands-on care tailored to your unique patterns and guided by ongoing feedback from your body throughout each session as it shifts in real time.
Depending on your presentation, care may be short-term or more gradual, with the goal of supporting the body’s ability to move, adapt, and function more efficiently. It can support greater ease, steadiness, posture, and mobility, while helping reduce tension and improve overall balance in the body.
See the FAQ’s section for more treatment info.
My Approach
I see the body as an integrated system, where structure, movement, and function continually influence one another. This perspective guides how I assess and approach treatment, working with the body as a relational system and supporting conditions that allow patterns to shift and change.
Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms or systems, I consider how different areas influence one another through movement, tone, tension, pressure, and load. This systems-based understanding informs how structural patterns relate to pain, restriction, or imbalance, and guides treatment toward contributing factors within the overall functional system.
The goal of my work is to support health and rebuild confidence in your body’s capacity for resilience and overall well-being. My understanding of pain, adaptation, and non-linear healing is shaped by clinical training, ongoing education, and my own experience of long-term recovery and what it taught me about the body’s ability to change.
Outside of practice, you’ll often find me on the water, spending time outdoors, cooking, or making things by hand. These simple practices keep me grounded and inform how I show up in my work.
Whether you’re seeking relief, clarity, or a fresh approach, I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to working with you.Osteopathic Services

Client Reflections
In client reviews and shared feedback, several themes consistently emerge.
Many people express appreciation for care that feels attentive, steady, and thoughtful. They often describe feeling genuinely heard and supported in understanding the deeper patterns behind their symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.
Clients frequently note improvements in pain, mobility, and overall regulation, alongside a stronger sense of connection to their body and greater confidence in their recovery process.
It is a privilege to witness that progress.

New to Osteopathy?
Osteopathic manual treatment goes beyond relieving symptoms, it works to address the root causes of restrictions and imbalances in the body.
Like in nature, where each shift sets the next in motion, every adjustment can ripple through the body, helping the whole system work more freely.
